Fitness and Jogging
Fitness and jogging are both important to person's health, but fitness and jogging are different in the place, price and time. First, if we want to fitness, we can do it in the fitness centre. Although we can do it in the home, but so many people come to fitness centre to do it. It can be in the indoor. Jogging always takes place in the outdoor. Such as : in the garden, park and places that free smoke from the vehicles. It can make people enjoy and relax. Second, we need to pay before we enter the fitness centre. We will pay with expensive price, but if we're a member we can get discount every month. In contrast with jogging, we do not need to pay if we want to go to jogging. Because we only use free population area that already given by government or use area around their house.The last, jogging usually do in the morning or evening. It is seldom do in the afternoon or night.But, fitness can do in the morning until night. Because fitness centre opens 24 hours everyday. Finally from those comparing I'll choose jogging as my regular exercise.
